  • Running another race on the 4th

    I just registered for another race.

    It's a 4.6 mile race in my town on the 4th of July. It's mostly downhill which will yield good times (but sore quads). It's a one way race but they provide transportation back to the start to get your car, so that's cool. It's early in the morning 7AM start so we should beat the heat. I'll let you know how I do.

    The ironic thing is there is a pancake breakfast on the town common at 7AM that morning too, I guess I'll miss that. LOL

    I'm running a Midnight 5K at 11:55pm July 3.

    I'm a little worried about falling asleep since it's my bedtime.
    I plan to be "spangled" with a bunch of light-up gear.
