Would you like to be injured? You run a real risk of stress fractures, muscle strains and others too numerous to mention...
The body needs exercise, but it also needs rest and recovery. Minute muscle tears happen from rigorous exercise and if you don't allow adequate time for those tears to repair (through rest and adequate protein intake) you are ASKING for trouble.
I love to run, but because I want to be a lifetime healthy runner, I respect my body enough to know its limits.
After reading your post, I think that is too much exercise in one day. You can certainly run the risk of overdoing it and straining your muscles.
I recommend that you spend less time working out, but make the time you do spend, a very high quality.
