I have been walking during my time on Atkins, but have hit a little of a stall, so decided to start jogging. I was able for the first time since high school jog a mile nonstop today. I did it in 9:25. I didn't think that was too bad for a recovering fat man
Is that a good time or is that just really bad? My goal is to be able to jog 3 miles nonstop.
