Just wondering if it matters what time of day you exercise because i mainly do it in the afternoon and night time like 23:00 does it really matter at what time?

Re: Time of day
I've been hearing that you would burn more fat if you would exercise in the morning, right after you get up and before you eat.
Our body burns the sugar that we ate all day when we sleep so when you get up in the morning you will start burning the stored fat right away. When you exercise at night, first you start burning the sugar you ate during the day and then you move to the stored fat...Ideally it would be great to exercise every morning, but some days I just can't make myself get out of bed, so I have to do at night...I try to do more vigorous and longer routine when I do it in the evening. Hope this helps...

Re: Time of day
I like to run in the mornings and strength train at night.
Doing cardio in the am is easier on my stomach ('cause it's empty) and I'm already in fat-burning mode.
I do eat some breakfast but it's very low carb like cheese & eggs.
Sometimes I'll have a soy latte too but that doesn't have many carbs.
