Hey guys, i do tae bo 3 times a day 2 advanced and 1 basic and was wondering because of the tae bo can i leave out the weights or are the weights still essential to losing weight as well?
I have been working with weights daily but indifferent areas to even myself out but it gets kind of hard with the tae bo as well.
