Just wondering when you're doing a workout and you sytart brething very heavily does this signify anaerobic effort and if so are you supposed to be burning anaerobically in a cardio workout.
The reason im asking is becuase as i'm working out using Tae Bo, i seem to be brething very heavily towards the end and was wondering if im supposed to exercising at a lower intensity during cardio.
