  • Review My Workout Lol!!!!

    Hey guys, i thought i would just post my workout to see if you guys thought it was ok please tell if you have any concerns.

    Morning

    Tae Bo advanced 1 hour

    Afternoon

    Weights (on alternate days)
    Upper body each muscle group 1 set 2kg (14 reps) 1 set 3.5kg (12 reps) 1 set 5kg (10 reps) then change exercise and do 14 reps 5kg working same muscle group.

    Same thing with lower body on alternate day.

    2 Short (15 Minutes) Tae Bo Advanced (its the 8 minute workout but its really 15 mins and extremely intense)

    Night
    Tae Bo Advanced 1 Hour

    + 5 litres of water/per day

    6 days/week saturday off

    P.S If i need 5 litres anyway because of how much i weigh, should i be drinking more due to the exercise?
