So I just started excercising faithfully again a few days ago. Not only am I watching my carbs but I am also watching my caloric intake. I had been stalled for about 6 weeks so I started doing this and I find it really helps. I am eating an everage of about 1500 calories and about 25 - 30 carbs/day (Don't worry I am getting an average of 100grams of fat in a day).
Yesterday I went rollerblading and played basketball, last evening I was sitting around board and decided to squeeze in a little more excercise after dinner. I grabbed my rollerblades and went out for another 20 minutes or so. I got home and was sitting around, about 10 p.m. the hunger sets in. I tried water, ignoring it, and then finally I tried some sugar free jello. Didn't work so I ate 2 oz of smoked turkey with 1/2 tbsp. of mayo. I averaged about 300 calories more then what I normally eat in a day, but I did excercise a lot more.
Ok, I do have a point...do you guys notice that when you excercise hard you are hungrier? It might have been that I just needed more fat in but my percentages looked good for the day. Just curious to see what you guys thought.
Thanks

Of course 4 hours after that, my body is SCREAMIN' for prime rib! And I never disappoint it!
