  • Dumb question... muscle mass

Probably a dumb question, but that never stopped me before!

How do you know how much muscle mass you've added? Someone mentioned a dunk tank, but is there any other way? And I presume you wouldn't know unless you measured it when you started and compared to now?

    Thanks!

Well you can judge based on measurments. Mybodycomp.com has that feature but like you said, it works best when you have a starting point already posted. because you can't enter your before measurments only current.

Not a dumb question at all, Monica! I've wondered that myself. Actually, I have a simple method: If I pinch it and it feels tight, its muscle. If it feels harder this week than it did last week, I've increased muscle mass.

Sounds dumb I know, but then, I'm blonde!! See, compared to my dumb answer, your question sounds even smarter!!
