I hope somebody can answer this question...I have Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVD with the stretchy band, I do either the 2 mile or 3 mile every day. Today, I was feeling really good, so I pulled out the 4 mile DVD I bought at Border's Books. It turns out, this is a really old one, from 1992 and she does a lot of moves from the old days, some of them I don't think are considered safe anymore. Does anyone have this DVD and if so, is it still safe to use?

I've never seen the videos but explain "lots of moves from the old days"335/265/230
Death rides a tall horse, He is clad all in black. His quivers never empty and His bowstrings never slack. He rides through forest and field, harvesting warrior and maid. The Mechanized Infantry ride for Blood and Death

Re: Walk Away the Pounds DVD
It has a lot of bouncy stretches, I think I read somewhere, that they no longer recommend that, did you ever see any of the old Jane Fonda Tapes "no pain, no gain" it reminds me of them. My DH says he is going to return it to Borders and get me one that is more up to date.Chriss Female 246/236/160 5'3"
