  • Question for those that do WATP

    Hi, just wondering what do you consider the tapes. Is it walking or is it arobics. I do the 3 mile walk with 1 pound weights, so I am kind of unclear of which one to consider this.

    The reason I need to know, is that I am really watching my caloric intake, (I'm stalled) and I like to subtract my workout calories from my eaten calories to give me a total impact calories for the day.

    When I look walking I get 345 calories/hour, but when I look up arobics it's something like 500. Big difference.
