I was wondering what and when I should eat before and after working out. I've been doing the Couch to 5K from coolrunning.com thanks to a great tip from one of your posts! I run on the treadmill at home in the am after I get the girls up and busy. I'm also trying to get motivated to do Slim in 6 again...I should go dig it out of the closet right now! Thanks for any tips!
