WHICH "WALK AWAY THE POUNDS" IS BEST?

A couple days ago I purchased the walk&jog 30min dvd @ wally world and after looking around on here I see there any many others, so I went to Leslie Sansone's website and looked at all her dvd's and im not sure which ones are best? I thought the walk & jog one was perfect for me. I can do the jogging and thats not a problem. I want one that will give me the best workout. Should i get the 4 mile dvd and just stop it when I need it, then kinda gradually work my way up to doing to entire thing? She has the express workouts and the others. but im confused as to which one to get? any one use these? I dont want to buy the whole package, because thats too expensive for me right now. any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!

I love the 3 mile WATP tape. I use 2 pound weights with it. It is fun and I get a great workout, I have lost a lot of inches with this tape on my arms, butt, and legs.

Thanks, is that the only video that you use? I've heard WATP is the best to start out with so thats why I got it. Are weights expensive? Im kinda on a budget, well, I like to spend to much so im trying to cut myself off from it But I know that my arms are really weak. In the video that I have, they do the arm lifts for like 2 minutes and they are killing me by the times im done. So maybe I should wait and build up some stamina before I get the weights. I'd like to keep my arms!! thanks.

You can start with no weights and move up to a couple of soup cans before you drop any money on weights if you'd like, speedy. You'd be surprised how little additional resistance it takes to make a big difference!

Generally speaking, you can expect to pay a little under $1 a pound for your dumbbells, depending on where you shop and what you buy.

WOW, I thought they were alot more than that. I was looking at some in walmart and I swear they were $29.97 for 2, 5 pound dumbbells. They were probably just in the wrong place or something, I'll have to go back and check. thanks.

Soup cans, thats a good idea also, someone once told me they use bags of beans.
