    Talk about creativity!

    I've just done some weight training using my 12-pound cast iron wok (ow, I needed that shoulder workout)

    What kind of gadgets do you use for creative exercise?

    I've been notrious for using everything from soup cans in place of weights, to a broom stick handle for balance, to the ottoman to assist me in modifying some horrific exercises I not-so-affectionately refer to as @sscrampers until I built up enough endurance to do them on the floor. Of course there's the kitchen chair for tricep exercises (dips).

    Oh...and before I picked up my Fanny Lifter, I used the kitchen 3 step stool ladder thing. ROFL Man did my shins hate me for that. BANG BANG BANG. Owwch!

      LOL, I use my daughter. She's getting a bit big now, but when she was younger I used to user her for Baby and Mommy Yoga, she was my weight.

        I put gallon jugs of water in my backpack for weight. I had some phone books in there but it's nice to have the extra water & to be able to dump it out at the top.

          Daily Goals:
          No wasted carbs.
          Water intake .5 -1 gallon.
          Exercise 60 minutes 5x week
          Get in the right veggies.
