    Couch/5K Jogging Program Virgin

Well, I did it! DH and I completed our first session of the Couch/5K program, and I didn't konk out at all. Infact, after 15 torturous minutes, I was able to start and enjoy the sun and scenery. It's a nice introduction to a very popular sport of jogging. So I'm joining all you nutty joggers, but it will take me a while to catch up to you guys, Sarah, and Betty. You're my mentors!!!

Thx Betty. It's people like you who gave me that boost to even try to do something I didn't think I would enjoy!

Ya, All of us Loonies, And THANK YOU for the compliment I always like to think that you can do anything if you belive in yourself. Look at me if I can run so can anyone. WOOHOOO for you I am sooo darn happy you'll be addicted crazy like the rest of us. LOL. I love running it's my time for me and it's my time to better myself, it has a lot of mind involvement never say you can't in your mind cause your body gives out, I keep a huffing chanting I CAN DO IT!!!! And every time even if it's tough I do. SO the mind is a powerful tool in running use it wisely LOL.

Good for you I am PROUD!!!
