GREAT JOB EFFIE!! That's a fantastic time!! Girlie you are amazing!!

I did a 10.5 miler this morning and then walked an additional 1.5 miles. So a total of 12 give or take. This week has been ROUGH .. I've felt so weak; I think its cuz of all the hullabaloo with the job interviews, frustration, aggravation and finally ... CELEBRATION when I got the job .. anyway, its taken a physical toll on me .. And yesterday I did run 6.2, so that's roughly 18 miles in 2 days (not smart, but there again, my schedule was so screwed up..)

Hopefully next week will be better. Although learning a new job will bring stress of a different kind! Its always something, isn't it??

Off day tomorrow and I'm gonna enjoy it!

    Have a great weekend!

I wasn't able to do any running outside this week. It has been raining for the last 5 days straight! Hopefully this week will be better! I can't wait to start week 2 on the Couch to 5K program!!!

Awesome job on your race Effie.

Great job on the 4 lbs loss Sarah. I know the feeling when the scale won't move, you are doing beautifully and I know you will keep going.
