  • mklap or anyone--Question about the Cathe Tapes?

Has anyone been using these? I just saw a before/after at another site of a lady who'd been using it for 9 weeks, and OMG!

And if you've ever seen mklap here at ADBB, she has got the BOD!

Has anyone used the Callanetic Tapes? And if so, which ones?

I walk everyday but I really want to start firming up as well! I was to be buff!

    *striking pose*

    Thank youuuu!!!

I don't know anything about those tapes, but I thought you had a home gym? Or maybe you had to leavey it behind on your move. Rats! I love weight training and found it's awesome for toning.

I have a home gym, but since we've moved into a house thet is smaller than our old house the gym is disassembled in the garage. I was wondering if an aerobic step routine would be a good fit for me to tone above what I do beyond walking?

      I miss my gym! *lol*

And I need to firm some things up.

I'm sure it would be great. Ever considered running? Check out the Couch to 5K program. It made me a runner and I NEVER ran before.

I love running! But at 235, me trying to run is like Shamu thinking he can fly! I have to drop about 40 more pounds before my body can handle that kind of exercise.
