    Just wondering, would tennis be a good exercise? Also, would it be considered cardio or what? I'm planning on playing for my high school's tennis team and we're going to be playing 5 days a week for at least 2 or 3 hours.

    tennis is a grea excercise and playing also helps with cardio, since your constantly moving around.
