Well, I finally received SI6 DVD, and started it today. Did Start it Up, and afterwards felt like I did not get a real good workout! Is that possible? I've been doing Power 90 for the last 6 weeks, and do not find it much of a challenge either. Should I continue Start it Up, or move to the next level Ramp it Up? I am also doing Couch-5K as well. I guess I can do both?

Re: Finally Received SI6
I'd suggest hitting Ramp It Up. If you find you're not getting enough of a workout, concentrate on your form -go lower/deeper/wider, etc and you'll find it makes a HUGE difference.
I find P90 MUCH easier than Si6, but that's just me. I also did Si6 & P90 with C25K. Rock on!!!

Re: Finally Received SI6
Thx Brook! I advanced to Ramp It Up this morning, and I must say it is a good workout, though I did not sweat much, which was disappointing. I was able to keep up with all, except the Ab work, I had to rest a couple of times, as she just seems to go on forever! I like her personality much more than Tony's, he's a bit much to take! I don't feel sore at all, but who knows what tomorrow will bring! Thx again for the good advice!

Re: Finally Received SI6
If you can blow through Ramp It Up without sweating much, you're a better woman than I! LOL
Assuming that RIU doesn't do the job for you........pop in BIU and see what happens. It's a HUGE jump (for me) in physical demand!
Keep us posted! I'm always anxious to hear a fellow Si6er twitch about the squat ****
