  • Which exercise would you choose?

    If you could only do 1 of these exercises...which one
    would help you become the healthiest?

    Weight training or running/walking


    Just wondering....

    Wow.....it's a hard choice....but I would choose running/walking. Luckily, I don't have to choose and I can do em both! And then some!

      RUNNING!!!


      But I certainly would start out by walking first, then gradually switch over to running by using a tested method like the Couch to 5k program.

        Running/walking--weight training. I think it is more motivating to see the pounds fall off due to running, however the smaller one gets the more exciting it would be to "tone". But why would one have to choose?

          Weight training.

          With weight training you have the ability to increase muscle mass - which burns more calories at a resting rate and changes body shape more dramatically.

                running...during my workouts I run first and then if I have time I'll hit the weights.
