Well I finally when to the doctor yesterday, my arm and whole shoulder area has been aching for a few weeks now, and making my sleep at night very uncomfortable. I did something when doing my kickboxing for the last month, and ripped something in my shoulder, and the pain travels down my arm,making it awfully sore. Doctors orders are to slow down! No lifting my arms over my head, no upper body exercising for a few weeks. Guess I'll have to go back to the gym for pure cardio, treadmill, bike, and continue on with the couch/5K program for the next few weeks. It's a bummer, cause I love the kick boxing and pilates! Never thought I would be this distraught about not being able to exercise, 8 months ago!

YA, take it easy girl hey at least you can still do some form of cardio can you imagine if you couldn't then you would be distraught you'll be back at it in no time. Just think of it as a chance to expand your horisons and shock your body into more weight loss by changing it up.
