OO
I've been on the cross trainer today - just 20 minutes.
I have been out on my road bike all spring and summer - at least 40 minutes a day.
But today the weather was foul (not as bad as Florida) so I stayed inside.
And now after just 20 minutes on the cross trainer, my, how I can feel my shoulders. Not at all puffed, and legs are fine. Rather warm - no cooling effect from the 20mph ride, but fine apart from the shoulders.
Perhaps I should do some upper body work in the summer too!
