    AWWWW thanks Betty, you are awesome and Ya I lost you girl LOL. But, hey it feels good. I was thinking about you yesterday and was like holly crap. LOL. AMAZING to myself.

    Ya the book is suppoed to be really excellent I should write the resource guide for the bigger runner hey

      Ran 6 miles today DID a BF measurement at the Chiropractor I think it said I was like 60 pounds of fat still good LORD. OK need to adjust my goal weight I don't know what to though like 150 or something Good lord. I don't know what to think damn it. Well I guess I'll just have to wait and see when I get to 175.

        Sarah, what kind of bf measurement was it? I can't believe that's right. No way you could run like you do and be 60 pounds of fat. NO FRIGGIN' WAY.

        I just finished 6.3 on Thursday night, which gives me 18.9 for the week. Tomorrow is an off day, then 13+ on Saturday.

          Quick one today--only 25 min...about 2.5 to 2.75 miles--between TOM and this time change, plus recovering the first part of the week from last weekend, my runs have been less than spectacular this week...7 miles with RRFit Saturday--looking forward to it! (We have a step-back week)

          Great job girls!

              OK so this measure is all right I guess at 160 I'll be at about a 15% Bodyfat which is about right where I wanna be. So I guess it's got to be accurate at least fairly accurat LOL.

                wow Sarah, I've just been looking at your yahoo album and that is amazing! you're incredible!!!

                Well although I haven't posted, I have kept walking, and here is what I've done so far (Wednesday was so cold I cut it short and came home - well, that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it )

                Sunday 2707 steps
                Monday 2957 steps
                Tuesday 3409 steps
                Wednesday 3078 steps
                Thursday 3986 steps

                So today anything over 4000 will make me happy - it just amazes me how far that actually is though! (well to a couch potato anyway... make that ex-couch potato!)

                *I think... trying to avoid the scales due to general inability to cope with any gains without reaching for ice-cream

                  Thanks Jen I'm sooo happy you're doing it that's all that matters right now is Just working your atkins getting in your exercise and feeling good about yourself. That's sooo excellent WOOOHOOO.

                  Today is a rest day of sorts I am feeling sick again I don't know what the **** but, my littlest was up last night and I didn't get much sleep so I am thinking that's why I feel YUCK. Today is weight training so I am stoked about that it'll be great.

                    5 miles today. I have been so busy with hubby on Vaca. I can't wait until Sun. Then the pressure will be off and I can get back to bus. as usual. You guys are doing awesome. I feel like such a slacker.

                        Definitely NOT a slacker! You ran 5mi yesterday!

                        I ran 7 mi today with RRFit--LOTS of wind that we were running against, and TOM fatigue just kept me a little bit more worn out than usual. Plus, our coach had us do fartleks in the 6th mile--eek! SO, my time of 68:00--not too bad...

                        Afterwards, I met my mom and sister for brunch and a good pampering session courtesy of Mom--pedicure, manicure, eyebrow/facial wax...My toes look so pretty! And the foot massage felt so good after my run...

                          I ran 5 miles today 13 fir tomorrow can't wait to do it YAY!!! Thye run today was sooo easy it was awesome I love runs like this I felt like I didn't wanna stop.
