I am drinking my water. I am so nervous already that my tummy is a mess, so not sure if I will me eating much today. I have worn my clothes this week to ensure their comfort. I have been running my fanny off for the last 6 monthes. MIL picked up my packet yesterday. All I have to do tomorrow is get my Chip and run. Did I miss anything crucial(SP)?

relax and know you will be playing mental games with yoursefl thinking you can't finish but you can. Walk if you have to no discrase there. Make sure you were a watch so you can run at YOUR pace as if you try to run with the crowd surrounding you at the start it might be too fast for you and you will get winded early and then those mental games jump up and bite you.
Make sure youy drink 45 min before the race and if you haven't peed with 15 min to go you need more fluids. Many folk are worried about needing to pee during the run and don't hydrate enough and then in a dehydrated conditon the mental part gets even tougher.

Great advice. Thank you. I will be wearing my HRM with stop watch to keep me in pace.
I am concerned about the potty, but I figure I will be so far behind the port o pottys will be empty if I need them. My biggest fear is being so far behind that I get lost.LOL. Thanks again.

DO a stretch before you go out and Just relax, also don't go out with adrenealin and burn yourself out the first few miles slow and then pic it up when your flutter bugs go away. I know you'll do fab I can't wait to hear. Be sure to have a nice meal for supper so you have losts of energy for tomorrows run.
Just Remeber Belive in yourself and you can do ANYTHIG you'll do great and you WILL finish even if you ahve to walk across that finish line.
