    Me, yes me! I am an addict. I completed the three mile walk today with super happy Leslie Sansone and I felt so good that I went online and ordered her 4 mile aerobic walk, one where she does some tummy stuff and her weights. Good grief! Thank gosh I get stuff in the mail all the time from students or my husband might start catching on.

    isn't it nice to have a healthy addiction.

    Brook has a site where you can see mega exercise videos. Mahbe you coulf make yourself a Christmans wish list for hubby from there.

        Well, I don't know if I will be much of a runner. In high school I was th catcher on the softball team and I played from tee-ball all the way through high school so my knees are pretty well done. I get some swelling from just doing the walking aerobics so I am happy with the power walk, at least for now.

          For sure you never know though I never thought I would be running 13 miles now here I am training for a marathn HE HE. With weight loss comes a lot of great things maybe your knees will be all better never know Right.
