I dont use the tony gazelle, mainly because I dont know what it is. I might be using it without realising. Can you tell me what it is?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Re: Tony Gazelle

      I love Tony Little's Gazelle.

Last winter I lost 30 pounds by going on a low calorie diet and using the Gazelle for 30 minuites/day. During the summer I stopped dieting and excercising and gained back 20 pounds.

Now I am on day 5 of the Atkins program and exercising with the Gazelle for 30 minuites twice a day now. I have lost 8 1/2 pounds of fat so far. I know it's fat because I have a body fat/ water scale and it shows that I have lost 2% body fat and gained 1% water. I would recommend the Gazelle to anyone because I find it is more fun than any other excercise machine and you can make the workout hard or easy.

Kind of - I think it's more like a ski machine though. You can make the workout harder by leaning forward or backward so you're working against your own weight more.
