  • HOw much exercise a day?

    I was wondering how much exercise should i do a day? like if i run, i can go a whole hr straight without stopping. is that enough. a whole hr a day is nothing..does anyone have any suggestion for arm exercises. its lil flabby haha thanks

    I think you sould go as much as you can without hurting yourself or tiring yourself out. We have some people here who run for like 10 miles a day, not my cup of tea but if it's yours then I say go for it. Try not to think about it time wise but endurance wise.

    Start out slow and work your way up until your at a spot you feel comfortable at.

    Oh, for arms I do Slim in 6. Its a workout for the whole body but they have really awesome arm workouts and I've really noticed a difference.

        Push-ups are my favorite for arms. As far as exerise, if you are running for an hour a day already, you might try interval training by running up hills as well, or sprinting for a minute, followed by jogging. Something that keeps your muscle wondering what you'll do next.
