i was wonderin, wat would be a good routine time to do everything. like wake up early and sleep time? curious? wat is the latest time i should not pass for a meal?

You are setting yourself up for failure big time if you remake your whole life for an Atkins routine. Just do what you normally do but make your meals Atkins induction foods, your beverage water and continue that hour of exercise you posted about in your other topic. You can alternate doing aerobics and resistance exercises at the normal time you exercise. And before you know it you have gone from a high carb life style to an Atkins WOL that you can contine forever.

failure?? see the thing is,i do work mornings. but i barely sleep. i have depress all time so i barely sleep. i sleep at weird times. i could be sleepin at 4 am 5 am. its mix. i get 5 hrs sleep a day. sometimes none. its really hard for me..but i am a NIGHT person! work 7am to 4pm.

i was just curious because all my life people tell me if you sleep evening or whatever you'll get fat. that we have to sleep normal no matter what. but i guess it doesnt matter so thatas a good thing..

Check out Brook's journal in the journal section...she works weird hours and still is losing weight. Her schedule makes me tired so I think your body knows what is right for you.
