    This afternoon I tried a new video. It was Tamilee Webb's "I want that Body" and it has three 15 minute sections for abs, buttocks and arms. I really liked the arm section and she encourages heavier weights to build muscle which burns more calories. I didn't make it too far into the buttocks because my body can only handle so many squats in one day but it will be a nice and painful alternative to Debbie. It might be something you ladies would like to add to your collection.
    The more challenges, the better...that's what I always say. I want to continue doing the SI6 videos for a while still.

      Got Burn It Up done for today.
      Weird, my quads were sore yesterday and this morning and I didn't do anything yesterday!

        Helo all...thank you all for the comments on the picture of my jean comparison. That's when I truly realized that I had lost a bit of weight and inches.

        Ramp It Up completed for Saturday. Didn't have a chance to check in. My son had his first wrestling match of the season. Long day! Worth it though, he won both of his matches! Then he wanted to go for dinner---he wanted to go out to the steakhouse, not a fast food place! Woo-hoo!

        I'm up for another challenge too. I'll still continue with SI6 though. I really like these exercise DVDs. I'm looking into others by Beachbody also. Figured I'd try to master these first.

            Has anyone noticed that we are becoming exercise junkies? This challenge is changing more than just our physical appearance. Our attitudes towards exercise is also changing as we try to find new ways to add more exercise into our lives.

              I've go the Power 90 from beachbody (even though I don't him as much as Debbie) and I have Power You (I think they are called) from beachbody. With the Power You, they send shipments each month. I finally called them and asked them to stop shipping videos. I thought that after a while they would run out of videos to ship, but obviously they have an endless supply.
              I like the Power You, but, seriously, I am still inclined to do another 6 weeks round of SI6 simply because I know that it works. Going back to Start It Up sounds like going back to kindergarden, but doing the workout at that slow pace (with the endless plies) is really harder than it sounds.
              I still have one more week of RIU (I want to be able to do it all without modifications) and then 3 weeks of BIU. Then I have the Keep It Up to do for 2 weeks.

              I have the Beachbody series that includes Tone It Up, Cool It Down, and about 4 others. It is the Slim Series.

              I have the Beachbody series that includes 15 (or so) minutes workouts per body region titled "Great" whatever . As in Great Thighs Guarantee, Great Buns Guarantee. These are short, but fierce.

              Then I have Windsor Pilates. I tried to do these the other night after Debbie, but I couldn't get my mind on working out so s l o w l y.

                RIU (including abs and yoga) done.

                My plan for after this challenge is to move on to some of the Slim series videos, alternated with YBB days. Let's call it my personal "videot" challenge!

                I actually think I'm going to go do YBB cabaret right now. Let's see if I have the stamina.

                  Okay, just finished YBB Cabaret Burlesque. That is a FUN routine. I don't feel like I'm working anywhere near as hard as Si6, though.

                            I was the same way for awhile, actually I took a little break after each different leg lift...

                            You better watch out, you can put your eye out with those things!

                              @sscrampers without breaks? It will be a long time before I get that kind of stamina.
