      RIU has reverse lunges and alternating front lunges, but no lunges with the knee coming up in front. I'm not all that coordinated and my legs were tired at that point, so it didn't go so well. I think tomorrow, I may focus on doing as many regular lunges as I can. I feel like I'm slacking when I'm marching, since I can do the whole RIU routine without stopping.

          Welcome, Stephanie. You will enjoy the vidiot challenge and the people who are a part of it.

          I came home from work exhausted and prepared to do absolutely nothing. I read a few posts, re-checked Brook's amazing new figure and decided I better get my rear in gear if I want to see improvements in myself. I pushed myself to do 3 miles on the treadmill and added 6 pack on top of it. Now I am pooped! I've turned into such a fanatic about my morning exercise that I put on my workout clothes before bed so I'm ready to go. My body is adapting to the early mornings and I am always awake by 3:30 to hang out with Turner and Debbie. Just a few weeks ago, I was lucky to get out of bed by five and that was after hitting snooze four times. Thanks fellow vidiots for keeping me motivated.

            It'll come. When you bring your leg down try to have your legs apart more so that you have better balance.

              Brook you look absolutely awesome! Well another day of BIU completed, and I'm still having to take those mini pauses! I hope that within the next 11 sessions, I will be able to go straight through with no stops! DH has been noticing inches are coming off! The jeans I bought just 3 1/2 weeks ago when starting are too big already and the belt is on the last notch! I love to hate Debbie!

                Don't feel bad LC, I still don't do well with those lunges!

                    RIU done for today, but my big news is that I looked at myself in the mirror and NO MORE BACK ROLLS! They were still there last week, but they are gone today! WooHoo!

                      I am so disgusted with myself. Last night I was mentally ready and raring to go for this morning and when it was time to pop out of bed nothing happened. I could not get up and I didn't get up in time to hang with Debbie. I'm not calling it a rest day, yet. I am going to try to do RIU this afternoon or even BIU.

                        Thanks for being so welcoming! I take care of some kids in the morning, so I have to wait until they go to school and my son goes down for a nap to do this. I want a solid hour to myself.

                        Okay what's all this I hears about @sscrampers? Where do I get it at?? I don't care how much it hurts, I want a nice bootay.

                        Great job on losing those back rolls! I hate back fat. I can't wait until I can announce it's gone!

                            Completed BIU this morning. Gosh, I really didn't feel like doing it, but I did. No motivation today. Dare I say it is getting a little bit easier? Not easy, but easier. I got through the lunges this morning without falling over, so my balance is getting better. The a$$crampers are a nonissue now, I can get through them just fine.

                            There are no a$$crampers in SIU. SIU is more plies and squats. Thats where Debbie gets the nickname "squat ****".

                              Burned it up this morning! Even those plies (however you spell PLE_AY) with the side crunches were not so bad. Still struggling with the stupid lunges though. And man, I did not feel like doing BIU this morning either. What a sweatfest I had today!

                                OK- anyone who hasn't voted... go over there and vote------- no voting for slim series only ok? 1 LOL, jk! Just vote for whatever you want!!!!!

                                I did RIu and 6pk this morning, even though I didn't want to... For some reason the lunges on the right aren't bad, but the left ones, I always seem to get off balance!!!! oh well,,,, keep on truckin right?!

                                We are supposed to get some winter weather here today, we will see... the big dummies salted the roads yesterday so the rain will wash it away today! This is the reason we can't go anywhere in Jan., they waste all their supplies in December on forcasts that never happen
