    Yearghh. I'm getting sicker instead of better, and the thing that upsets me most is that I'm not able to work out. I'm also having a really tough time finding any low carb food (or really any food at all) that sounds palatable, so my eating is not good. What a way to greet the new year.

      Happy New Year, Vidiots!

      I'm looking forward to 2006 as a new chance at improving my fitness and strengthening the ongoing friendship and support that our Vidiot challenges brings to us.

      Let's kick butt in 2006.

          HAPPY NEW YEAR, EVERYONE!!

          I just finished pushing my sick body through BIU. Wow, that was TOUGH, but I did it. Oddly enough, the place I really felt weakest was the resistance portion. I dropped down to 3 lb weights, and was still huffing and puffing like crazy. But I did it! Only two more to go.

            I just finished workout # 15....woo hoo. 21 more to go before Jan. 9th.

            Happy New Year to everyone. You guys are the greatest....even if you won't let me count slim in limber and six pack as workouts....

                          Since the kids had me doing hip hop animal rock and hustle bustle move your muscles as a "warm up," I decided to RIU today instead of BIU. So workout number 35 is DONE!

                          I don't know whether it's because I push myself to go harder/deeper/further on RIU or what, but I find it to be just as hard as BIU, and I'm still a sweaty mess when I finish. Does anyone else find this to be true?

                                Good morning everybody. After fighting a stomach bug for a few days, now I have a stupid cold. Such a slug for this challenge -- I am very disappointed!
