yea yea i know its pretty much not atkins related, nor is it necessarily excercise related, but i'll put it here. But how does the calories thing work. Today for example i woke up, excercised and the treadmill said i burned 355 cals (not really sure how accurate that is, but i'm just saying what it said). then for lunch i consumed 240 calories. So if i left it at that i would be "negative" 115 calories. er....i dont know what i'm getting at here, maybe someone does though lol.
