    Hi, everyone!

    My exercise dvds are all here. Tomorrow marks my exercise challenge:

    I have:

    Leslie Sansone's 4 mile walk
    Paula Abdul's Cardio Dance
    Crunch Fat-burning Dance Party
    Hip-Hop Cardio dance by Quickfix

    I'm thrilled.

        OOOH thank you for the positive responses!

        I'm actually not sure how to approach this. It was alot easier back then when I just did the 2 mile walk 7 days a week, haha.

        I want to do 16 miles before next Friday, and do each dance vid at least once. Is that unrealistic?

        I did 30 mins of just jumping up and down today. haha.

          Day 2

          20 minutes of Crunch Dance Party workout.

          I'm SO out of shape. I couldn't finish the workout. I was writhing in pain.

            Hi Kinkay,

            What a great variety of dvds! That'll keep you from getting bored with your workouts!

            And I wouldn't worry so much about getting through all of the workout right off the bat. Just do what you can and march in place if you need a rest...you'll be surprised how quickly you'll be able to do the whole thing!

              Thanks for the tip!

              I felt so bad yesterday about not finishing the dance dvd, so after work (at 11pm) I did a 2 mile walk with Leslie Sansone. That's the one workout I can do confidently.

              I'm off to do another 4 mile walk after I have my fun on this board. Haha, this is such a hobby for me.

                    you can do it keep your base with walking and ease into the others if you are out of shape 20 min id fin if that was all you could do remember mental tired comes way before physically tired so try to bargin with yourself
                    okay 3 more min and i'll stop
                    3 min later okay i survied those 3 I'll try 3 more
                    3 min later okay opkay im tired i'll just do 2 more and stop
                    2 min later Hey i'm feeling great I'll keep going.
                    3 min later WHAT WA I THINKING I'm stopping in 2 mins
                    2 min later cokay i don't want them to think I'm a whip on ADBB I'll go 2 more

                    AND before you know it you got 18 more minutes in

                    we were all where you are in our begining. you can do this and soon you will be issuing challenges and folk will be ducking when they see your exercise challenge posts going up.

                    Have you changed your 6WEC commitment to reflect your new fitness level and add the tapes too?

                      TODAY I did a 4 mile walk with Leslie Sansone!

                      I absolutely love her. I don't know why people get annoyed by her motivating chit chat.
