I was just at the website reading some of the success stories, and some of them say they lost 20-30lbs in the six weeks they did the program. That can't be for real...can it? I'm already expecting my shipment of ebay-acquired si6 videos, but I just want an idea of what I can expect.

The program is great and shows the best results in the least amount of time. It is possible for you to lose that much weight on it if you push yourself hard. Also, the first 3 days they recommend that you use their "fasting" shake which is supposed to take off about 7lbs in the first week. If you use it with Atkins you'll see the maximum results your body can achieve on the program without the hunger and with better nutrition.27 F 5' 7"

Well, OK then. Bring it on!
I'm going to spend some time with Walk Away the Pounds (which I'm also waiting for as a result of ebay shopping) and then probably move on to SI6 around January or February.Comment
