  • Can anyone recommend a pilates video?

I'm overwhelmed by all the different pilates videos available. Can anyone recommend a fun one for someone who's a beginner to pilates, but fairly in shape otherwise?

    Thanks,
    Anna

I have the Windsor Pilates and really like it. It has 2 dvds, a 20 and 60 minute workout.

I'm going to give a big thumbs up for both of those reps. I've got the Winsor Pilates set and Pilates for Dummies and they're both fantastic!

Thanks 2Big, Sheeshy, and Brook! I'll have to hunt around for some deals. After all, I still have 4.5 weeks until I move on from Si6.

Has anyone done the pilates consistently to see what kind of results you get?

I also wonder about the SI6 series -- after six weeks of continued use is anyone seeing good results?

            Just curious...
