I was curious, what exercises do you do...workout videos, run, etc...
and what kind of exercise equipment do you own and use??
I am looking to add a few pieces of equipment and would like to know what you guys think. I have the Ab lounge 2, and I like running. I have Yoga Booty Ballet, and Si6, but I'm too chicken to start that one yet.

No one expects you to be able to knock it all out right away. You *do* have to build up to it...but you CAN do it and the results are worth it! There's lots of tips and tricks to be found in our Si6 House of Pain. Get to readin'
