  • What kind of exercise equipment do you own/use??

I was curious, what exercises do you do...workout videos, run, etc...
and what kind of exercise equipment do you own and use??

I am looking to add a few pieces of equipment and would like to know what you guys think. I have the Ab lounge 2, and I like running. I have Yoga Booty Ballet, and Si6, but I'm too chicken to start that one yet.

Hi there. I just got the SI6 set in the mail yesterday, but am afraid to start just yet, too, lol. I have a gazelle, until January 1st when my roommate moves out and takes it with her, but I admit I've been slacking on my exercise. I'm also waiting on Walk Away the Pounds videos to come in the mail, and I will start doing them the day they get here, so I can build up enough stamina to start SI6 and REALLY see some results!

I had a treadmill, but it was one of those automatic ones. That is, the speed depends on how fast you run on it. I don't recommend those because it gets tiring having to push the treadmill "tape".

Personally, I find exercise videos to be the best workout because you get variation and you tone your body all over. My favorites are Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds and Paula Abdul's cardio dance.

I don't own any exercise equipment, but probably my favorite piece of equipment I use at the gym is the elliptical trainer. I run 2-3 times a week with the soldiers, so for extra cardio workouts, the elliptical trainer is the best thing I've found. It's low impact, and really gives a good workout.

I have a treadmill and a Universal Gym as well as Dumbells and A barbell and weights I have the quick click dumbells that go to 25 pounds they are awesome. I am glad I ahve them. I think one of the best things I even bought was my exercise ball you can do tons of exercises on it with dumbells and it's like a bench HE HE. I love all my stuff I am a nut, but, I love to run the most so my treadmill gets the most use of anything out there.
