  • What would work...???

    Okay so im drinking my water, eating my veggies, my protein... but i seem to be a little lost on the exercise part! What should i do for exercise!? Hey Anyone live in Tracy or close to that...? Maybe we can pow wow and do it together... Anyways here hoping that everyone that comes across this post looses 3 lbs this week. HAPPY LOOSING GUYS!!!

    I'd start with asking what you enjoy? Is it team sports? Individual? The most important part of putting together an exercise program is finding what you love and doing it!

    If you like volleyball, look locally for volleyball leagues that form at local churches, through community education programs, or at the local Y or Parks and Rec Departments. The same goes for basketball and many other sports which are team.

    If you enjoy individual improvement, you could look into classes for martial arts, tai chi, pilates, aerobics, spinning, you name it!

    Still, nothing beats hitting the local trails and walking. you meet people, breathe fresh air, and the sunshine is a known mood enhancer, especially during these stressful winter months!
