Re: FINAL POLL- Next Vidiot Challenge. Come one! Come all

Well, I was sorta thinking it should go like this.....especially being so many of us run such different schedules.

I was thinking we'd all follow the same rotation. This sample is a 10 day rotation, but we'll all require at least 1, if not 2 days off a week. So.......if we all committ to a total of say, 35-40 workouts, that would bring the majority of us to the end of February on a 5-6 day a week schedule. Does that make any sense?!

    So..

    Monday- 1
    Tuesday-2
    Wednesday-3
    Thursday-4
    Friday-off
    Saturday-5
    Sunday-off
    Monday-6
    Tuesday-7
    Wednesday-8
    Thursday-9
    Friday-10
    Saturday-1
    Sunday- off

See what I mean? (stick your offs in wherever)

Re: FINAL POLL- Next Vidiot Challenge. Come one! Come all

I think I'm going to continue to hang out with you guys, but I may do the 4 week "Slim Training" schedule with some modifications, since I don't own the Shape it Up and Tear it Up DVDs yet (although I'm working on winning an auction).

So I was thinking of something like this:

        4 weeks of:
        Sunday - Burn it Up
        Monday - Ramp it Up
        Tuesday - Firm it Up
        Wednesday - Rest/Stretch Day
        Thursday - Mix it Up
        Friday - Cool it Off
        Saturday - Tone it Up

Then 2 more weeks of Cool it Off rotated wth Firm it Up and Tone it Up or Start it Up.

So I could commit to 6 weeks of 6 video workouts per week, and still commiserate with you guys about the Slim Series portion of the challenge.

Then again, I may just break down and buy Turbo Jam. I swear, I've almost hit purchase about 6 times now!
