So this Wednesday or Thursday I'm going on a trip to Texas for Christmas at my sister's place. Following a low-carb diet will be pretty tough at her place. The last time I was there, her fridge was loaded with high-carb food and all kinds of sweets. Healthy foods is pretty much non-existant there but, I've got that department under control when I get there. My only problem is my exercise regimen. I work on my treadmill almost everyday, I'm seriously depended on it as my main workout. She doesn't own any kind of cardio equipment except some weight machines my brother-in-law uses from time to time.
So now that you all know my problem, can anyone suggest any alternative cardio exercises???

A person really does lose a little of their identity and I think taking walks (and runs cuz i get crazy when i'm too inactive) is a great idea and really recharges a person's battery.
