I am alittle tired. Is it important to exercise while I am doing induction phrase?

    Re: Induction Exercise

I say that you should listen to your body, but at the same time, you might try giving yourself 15 minutes per day, to begin with. As you hit 15 minutes, you'll often find you want to keep going. The first 15 are the most difficult. Then, as you keep exercising, shoot for 30, and so on. In the beginning stages while the body is changing over to lipolysis it will wear you down slightly. I say start with the exercise but don't go nuts if your body's saying, "Dude. Slow down dude".

        Re: Induction Exercise

I'm with Cleo! Listen to your body!! I had been doing 3 step aerobics classes a week for almost 3 months when I first started on Atkins. I'm telling you that first day I was on this WOE and went to my regular Monday step class, well, if the music hadn't been so loud I could have easily layed down on my step and gone to sleep! I was THAT tired! I pushed myself through the class though and I think I ended up having a much harder induction because of it.

Hopefully, you will find the return of your energy around day 5 or 6 of induction. That seems to be the norm.

        Hang in there!

Do what you can do, because that's better than doing nothing.

            I agree with everyone ..

I started out with just walking a mile everyday, then gradually (as my energy levels soared!) I increased my speed and distance, etc.

Do what you can and you'll soon be able to do way more than you ever thought possible!

            YOU CAN DO IT!

Yep...start slow and build up as your energy increases. It will. The first few days of induction are not typical of how you'll feel once you've detoxed.
