TJ Video

Ok i was flipping through channels the other day and i came across the comercial for turbo jam. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and would recomend it. I dont want something boring....thats why it really caught my attention.

Anyone hear anything good about it...have good results?

Hi Wesley.

I'd suggest doing a search here on the boards for "Turbo Jam" and "TJ". You'll pull up quite a bit of info. You might also want to search "vidiots", cuz we've been buzzing about it for awhile.

We actually have a new exercise challenge starting up on the 9th and it's a mix of the Slim Series, Slim In Six, and Turbo Jam.

Personally - I *love* Turbo Jam. It's an awesome workout. It's a sweat-fest and it goes by fast because it's fun.

i tried doing a search before i posted and i got a lot of hits and i went through a few of them and all i found was just one post referencing to it....ill try my luck again with it though

ive seen their site but of course it will promote it as good...i just wanted some hopefully real peoples opinions on it
