  • Gym woes.

Hi, ive joined a gym up near my university mainly becuase its not really practical for me to use my tae bo tapes in my shared house (the noise). The problem is i usaully do 2-2 1/2 hours of tae bo a day 6 days a week usually but now i'm going to the gym i find it less effective even though i'm spending the same amount of time. Can anyone suggest what are the best machines/exercises to use to try to get the effectiveness of tae bo at the gym? (I know its and awkward question).

    Guy.

    Guy,

I don't think it is an awkward question at all, but I think you should get some help from the people at the gym. Usually there should be someone to help you with a training program, who is knowledgeable and can help you to adjust your training plan to your needs and body.
