I am on track, just got back from the gym for today . Upper body done. I am freaking exhausted! Not just right now but all the time.
it does get better, right?

GREAT JOB SWIMMOM and MOMO3 excellent I am still stiff from lower body but it is getting better. I will wait to update here till this evening on the sight see if everyone has checked in by then.

I did my Upper Body Very late I went to the sports Physitian and I some how inflamed my nerve in my back I have to Ice it a lot but, I don't have to Quit so that's good Just have to lift a little lighter then I would like.

Hey all I am taking today as a rest Day I need my Back in A1 shape for monday so today I will take the day off and tomorrow I will do my Cardio. I hate veering off the plan but, I have to or I'll be a wreck and won't be able to do it. I won't be pushing doing my cardio for probably the next 2 times But, I will catch up in the end when I am feeling back to me again.

Madpoet if ya don't wanna post them it's all right hey you wanna know scarey is when I posted my Bekini when I was like 255 pounds Crazy But, I did it to see a change so it's up to you but, you'll have to post them at the end.
Way to go on all the exercise everyone You are all doing soo fab.
Cardio day for me I had to switch days cause of my back but, it feels soo much better today YAY.
