It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I dont know Rich forums I visit I tend to stay and hang around, what then actually do exercise and talk about it? But Of course if I get to look at your handsome face I may just walk to England!
