Here are two new sites that I found recently:
USATF (USA Track and Field) - has a new national running routes database. (http://www.usatf.org/routes/) Rather than trying to find new routes to run, other runners share their already defined and measured routes. I really like it, and I have added a few routes myself.
The second site is Ian's Shoelace Site (http://www.fieggen.com/shoelace/knots.htm). You could get lost in this site. Why is this site exercise related? One of my biggest pet peeves is shoe laces that come apart while running AND/OR having to double knot your shoes, which thereby prevents your shoes from easily being unlaced after the run. My new favorite shoe tie method is Ian's Secured Shoelace Knot. That one simply doesn't come off.
