    kkat, I split my workouts to both morning and night. For example, I usually workout on the treadmill or the stationary bike, do abs, and stretch in the morning. In the late afternoon, I'll do an aerobics tape and/or lift weights, and then stretch again. This is the schedule that works best for me, but it took awhile until I found what "fits."

    Hubby & I can't wait to start the challenge tomorrow!

      The YaYa's are on ezboard. Their handle is bfirmbelivers . You need a ezboard account (a freebie is fine) and you have to "apply" for membership. - No biggie. They have incredible review and swap boards!

      TOM will be clubbing me over the head on Friday. Joy. Ohhh joy.

      Kat- I have lost a size almost every time I've gone through a rotation- this last one (half @ssed as it may have been) included. I was bordering on a 10, and am an 8 again

      Losin- I'm a firm believer that a good heart rate moniter is a great investment and a solid tool! The formula for target heart rate is a rough one, but it's a great place to start. I figured out, with some time, where I feel best when I work out. My HR has my upper and lower limits set at 121-161. I generally workout at 145-175 and feel just fine doing so. I do think they gauge calorie consumption better because they're tailored to you (height/weight/age/HR/etc). When I post my workouts, I almost always post my HR stats too. It'll be interesting to see how yours come out too!

        Kat: I lost most of my inches around my back (bra strap area) and tummy...not enough to go down a size, but my work pants and jeans are loser...I'll take that!

          my clothes are definitely looser. Althoguh I haven't been working out the past couple of weeks*hangs head sheepishly* I think my fat is still moving around because I have gotten more compliments than ever! at least more people than ever noticing I am losing weight! I haven't lost more than a couple of pounds in the past 3 months but the inches are still coming off! And like I said more people can tell than ever! And I am loving it! LOL...

              Dear hubby was a real sport and helped me take my body measurements. Scary! I can't wait for 42 days to be over with! I know I'll lose some inches!!

                I'm doing the Turbo Jam in the evening because my daughter wants to do it with me and I can't see getting a twelve-year-old up at 4:30 to do a workout.

                  I am normally an early morning workout person, but I am not ready for it yet this morning! After I get the guys out of here, I'll be at it!

                    ok, i am confused. I was comparing my turbo jam workouts with the rotation workouts and my turbo jam videos dont corespond. Heres what i have on my dvd Learn and Burn 25min, 20 min work out, turbo sulpt 40min, ad jam 40min, and cardio party 45min. I havnt gotten to the post office to pick up my SI6, but when i do i will compare the workouts. I just want to know am i missing something or did i get the right thing. Also as my free gift with turbo jam i got the yoga booty ballet ab work out, did anyone else reieve this and are we supposed to use this video too. sorry if i am too confusing

                      Qiana- Looks like you don't have the Cardio Party 2 or the Lower Body Jam? I would just use the Cardio Party 1 in place of the Cardio Party 2; And then just throw in another TJ for the lower body jam.

                      I did Mix it Up! Well, except the last 10 minutes of the video doesn't play. So I am going to throw in Slim & 6 pack. Delivery is here so that will have to wait a few minutes!!!

                        Qiana--I believe the Cardio Party 2 and Lower Body Jam were an add on feature to the Turbo Jam series. I think it was an extra $19.95 or $29.95. When I ordered the set, I paid for the extra DVDs, but I did NOT receive a Yoga Booty Ballet DVD. Have you tried that workout yet? I've heard it's a fun workout!

                          EEK! I am about to start my first workout, since I haven't worked out in a while I am goign to do tj20, and because I am very short on time. I took pics and measurements this morning! This time not in pants!!!!! eating my prot now and ready to rumble in a few! I will ahve to sub something else for one of the later tj20s since I am doing a weak workout today! But Hey, Ya gotta start somewhere right?!!!!

                            Hello All,

                            Brooke, I would like to join this challenge. I'm new to the forum and this is exactly what I need..some accountability!! It just so happen that I orderd the TJ videos last week so they should be in this week. I know I will be starting late, but I will like to jump in as soon as I get them..in the meantime, I can do some other type of exercise.

                                Ramp it Up completed! I didn't have Tear It UP, so I improvised. My arms are shaking so bad I can barely type. I feel really good about completing this first workout!

                                btw, my daughter grabbed my butt the other day (I hope I don't sound like a perverted family here) and she said my butt is so tight she can't believe it!
