    ok- slacker here.... can I still be in the challenge if I am not doing the videos? I have been working out at the gym so I wanna do that as much as possible.....
    that said, I worked out for over an hour today! yeay!

      I did SIU today. I'm not quite ready to move it back to Ramp It Up yet because I'm still dragging myself through 25 mins and still sore. However, I did want to throw in something a little different since, thanks to the Flylady challenge, I unearthed my 1lb dumbbells. So, I had those in my hands throughout the program after the warmup period. It is AMAZING to feel the difference of how much harder it was to work out with just one measely little pound in each hand!!! I could immediately feel my stomach working much harder and the squats/pliets were SOOOO much more difficult because of having to compensate for it! WOW! So, if anyone is brave enough......

          Boy, I was so tight turing Cool it Off that I kept losing my balance. I couldn't believe how uncoordinated I am! I definitely need to do more stretching after every workout. Cool it Off is supposed to be easy! It did feel so good to stretch, especially my neck.

                  This is the first time I did this one with the weights. OMG. I forgot about the chair moves! I got through them though! Amazingly. Probably not kicking as high but oh well. It's amazing how much lighter you feel when the weights come OFF LOL.

                    OH NO -- THE CHAIR !!!!!!!!!!

                    I could hardly get through those moves without ankle weights.

                    Today when I was doing Cool it Off she said to get out your chair. I was trembling inside, could it be -- was she going to punish me again with the chair? lol Luckily, it was a nice stretch that we did with the chair. I actually enjoyed it!

                          I have the chair phobia too, but what really gets me is during FIU when she says to roll over with your knees to the side, and instead of being a nice spinal twist, it's SIDE CRUNCHES!

                              I don't have enough time for Tone it Up this morning, so I did TJ-20 min workout, and still sweated, but have the moves down packed now! I will try to do Tone it Up this evening, after work and dinner!

                                Oh, my look at all of the posting for today. Everybody is doing great. Keep up the great work, ladies.

                                I took a rest day yesterday but not really since I walked for 70 minutes for the trekkie challenge. Can walking be considered a vidiot alternative?
