    Hey Girl!

Congrats on all your achievements they are so impressive! I was just checking out your stats page and then went on to read about the Body for Life program. It looks so interesting. Just one question though, can someone do the BFL program without going to a gym? Is it possible to have the equipment at home?

What kind of equipment do you use/have?

    Thanks!!

    Hey Diva,

I'm not Sarah (obviously!), but I'm in the BFL Challenge with her. I am doing it without going to a gym. I have a multi-position weight bench and some dumbbells here at home and that's what I use.

Now, for the lower body, there will be very few exercises that you can do at home, but there are at least two for each body part and that's really all you need!

    Hope that helps some!

      Dear Terrie!

Thanks for the input! ...So, it is possible to do BFL with the equipment at home? Do I have to purchase a home gym to do it, or can it be done with dumbbells and such?

      Thanks again!

        Re: Attn: SARAH (IYAMAMASCHKE)

I don't have a home gym at all if you mean one of those monster machines that take up half your living space!! LOL

I forgot to mention that I also use an inflated exercise ball for my crunches and some exercise bands to do some of the lower body (leg presses and hamstring curls). Other than that I just have a set of dumbbells in 3 weights (still waiting to get my 8 and 10 lb dbs) and a weight bench that has 3 positions (upright, incline and flat). That's it! You really can do it at home!

You Can Most definately do it at Home all ya need is an Exercise Ball and a set of Dumbells with Adjustable weight or plates so that you can go up in weight. That's Basically all I had the first time I did BFL back in the day ROFL. The ball I use as a bench to do chest Flies and chest press with Dumbells you will ba amazed at the workout you get.

Would love to have you if you want you can start Now in Week 2 or you can wait for the next one. WHy not start today.

            Re: Attn: SARAH (IYAMAMASCHKE)

            Thakns for the info Sarah!

I already have a set of dumbbells only in one weight, so I'd have to buy another few more in different weights, and I owuld just need to purchase one of the balls. I have u sed the ball before and its awesome, you can do so many exercises with it.

I thikn I will probably read the BFL book though first before I commit to anything with you guys! but thanks for the invite!
