  • Has anyone tried the "Urban Rebounder"??

I'm just starting week 2 of induction and final ly getting a bit of energy so its time to start exercising!! I am not good about getting to the gym and the only time I can walk is late at night after the kids go to bed (which by that time I am EXAHAUSTED!!) so I have been looking into different "exercise at home" things to motivate me. I saw the infomercial for the Urban Rebounder and it looked good so I just ordered the 1st set of Dvds. Has anyone tried it?? Does it work?? The infomercial makes it look so easy! Jogging on my trampoline while I watched my favorite shows used to be my favorite way of exercising (20lbs ago!) so I though this might be the thing to motivate me!

I have an Urban Rebounder and I really love it. They make it look easy, but I'm here to tell you - it ain't. LOL It's not that it's choreographically hard, because it's not. It is, however, tougher and much more cardio challenging than it looks when done correctly!

There are a lot of really great rebounding videos out there too. All in all, I think it's a great investment!

Oh great!! I was hoping someone would have tried it! I am having such a hard time getting motivated to exercise and the lbs might be going away but the flab isn't going ANYWHERE so I really need to start!!! The informercial made it look like a really fun way to get in shape! I saw the line of videos and would really love to try the kick boxing one! Thanks for your input!!
