Altered my days, so today is a cardio day. I did 40min on the treadmill trying to keep my target heartrate at 65% or so. I actually could have gone a lot longer but I had to get back to work.
YA I know how that is wanting to go longer but can't
I did my Lower Body Training today it wasn't so bad I did squats instead of Lunges cause I am still sore for the last LB LOL. SO next workout will be lunges. EEEK
Workout went as follows
Dumbell Squats 12x10lbs,10x15lbs,8x20lbs,6x25lbs,12x25lbs changeover leg extensions 12x50lbs
Seated calf raises 12x60lbs,10x70lbs,8x80lbs,6x90lbs,12x90lbs, changeover standing calf raises 12x90lbs, Still haven't found the right weight for the calves they are very strong so I will up again next time.
Stiff legged Deadlifts 12x80lbs,10x90lbs,8x100lbs,6x110lbs,12x90lbs no change 12x90lbs.
Weighted cable crunches 12x40lbs,10x50lbs,8x60lbs,6x70lbs,12x50lbs, no change 12x50lbs
Good workout wish I had a smith machine I may use my ball and weights next time for squats harder workout.

SO I just finished My run I am very happy to say it felt really great to do it. I didn't push it and didn't go a really long distance but, I still did it and pain free WOOHOO 5.2 miles for today.

WOW Great Job Everyone. My weight finally went down to 189 this morning about darn time. PHEW Thanks goodness. I was getting worried that I gained but, I never just 2 pounds to 187 again after TOM. YAY.
Well it's Upper Body and also Cardio today I am gunna be a wreck.

New me you'll do Both Building muscle takes a while but the payoff is worth it. Don't be discouraged if the weight goes up for a bit, this is totally Normal and it is the adaptation and break down of your muscle tissue. WHat happens when you gain when you lift weights is your bodies cell volume increases basically water retention cause you are creating small tears in the muscles. Like when you sprain you ankle it gets sore and Poofy same with your muscles this is only temporary.
We want some muscle Built cause for 1 it halps our Body look leaner and mor steamlined and we can stay the same weight YET be 2 sizes smaller LOL. A pound of fat looks linda like a rolly lellowy piece of YUCK and a lb of Muscle is hard and dence and takes up less room then that same pound of fat so you can lose size and stay the same wieight.
